Sirloin steak on spring greens

1 beef boneless sirloin steak, 1 pound
bowl of Local spring greens for 4 salads
1/3 cup prepared Asian salad dressing
Basting Sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon fresh local garlic, minced
2 tablespoons pineapple, crushed
1/3 cup prepared Asian salad dressing

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon fresh local garlic, minced
2 tablespoons pineapple, crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic and crushed pineapple. Place steak on grill. Cook 9 to 11 minutes or until an internal meat thermometer reaches 135°F for medium-rare or 145°F for medium doneness, turning once and basting each side. Remove from grill, and let stand 5 minutes. Toss mixed greens with Asian dressing. Slice steak ?-inch thick, and serve over mixed spring greens.
